‘Back together again’ – Pst Calvin Young is coming home!

Hampden Chapel is looking forward to having Pst. Calvin Young (Senior Pastor at Mount Zion).

Pastor Calvin joined Hampden Chapel mid eighties, became Assistant Pastor and Youth Leader, working with Pastor Steven Young.

During a significant season of ministry, a number of young people were saved, filled with the Spirit. It was also during this time they experienced the sad passing and loss of Pastor Steven Young. In 1987, Calvin and Pauline became engaged and were married and in the autumn, they took up the Youth Pastor’s Role at Bethel Temple, West Bromwich.

1994 Calvin and Pauline took up the pastoral leadership of AoG Church in Aston, now know as Mount Zion Community Church, which has had considerable influence locally, nationally and internationally. For over ten years, Pastor Calvin was the Regional Superintendent of the AoG Central Region with responsibility for 48 churches, pastors and leaders.

Pastor Calvin’s ministry has taken him to Europe, Africa and the Caribbean as keynote speaker inspiring and equipping leaders within their churches and community.

He will be speaking @ The Chapel on Sunday 24th March, 11.00 am.

We look forward to having him with us again @ The Chapel!
